Step 1: Select your homesite
Our on-site sales representatives will be a great resource for you as you make your selection. Review the lot dimensions and design matrix to make sure that your future home will compliment the site. The purchase of your homesite from EHLD allows you additional flexibility to meet your timing needs, as well as have Pahlisch Homes build your home in the future.
Step 2: Complete the contract
Complete the contract and receive all documentation regarding CC&Rs, Bi-laws, Architectural Review (ARC) etc… It is our team’s desire to assist you in becoming a homeowner in Fieldstone Crossing. Members from EHLD, the on-site agents and Crystal Lake Property Management are all available to assist when it is time for the construction of your home to begin.

The EHLD homesite sales opportunity is designed to help you become a member of this community with a more flexible time frame. In addition, you may select a home to be built by the Pahlisch team, or another builder of your choice. If the latter is your choice, the home needs to be approved by the ARC prior to commencement of construction.
